ThreeNearMe was created around a simpler idea: research the field first, then publish a shortlist of three recommendations with a clear reason for each selection.
We don't aim to show you every business.We aim to give you a better starting point.

Three means three
Every recommendation guide ends with three selections. We don't turn a Top Three into a long directory of options.
Editorial means independent
Businesses cannot pay for Top Three inclusion or improve their editorial position through advertising or sponsorship.
Reasons matter
Each recommendation is published with a clear reason for its selection, helping you understand what makes each option worth considering.

A consistent research framework supports comparison. Scores and signals inform editorial judgement, but they do not automatically determine the final three.
Review and publish
The final three are reviewed before publication, with a clear reason explaining what made each selection worth considering.

Advertising and recommendations have different jobs.
ThreeNearMe may earn revenue through clearly labelled advertising, sponsorships and Spotlight content. Commercial relationships are kept separate from editorial Top Three decisions.
A business can advertise with ThreeNearMe.It cannot buy its way into the three.

ThreeNearMe is an independent Australian local recommendation publisher, starting with communities in Brisbane's Redlands and designed to grow carefully into new locations, categories and markets.
Coverage is added when the research is ready, rather than publishing pages simply for the sake of appearing comprehensive. The aim is to build a useful, trusted recommendation publisher one location and category at a time.
